Do not use NexFade for unlawful distribution, malware delivery, or prohibited content. Because the product is zero-knowledge by design, abuse prevention relies on size caps, rate limits, legal reporting workflow, and account enforcement rather than server-side content inspection.

The MVP is offered as a best-effort managed service. Future enterprise plans may add SLAs, SSO, and residency controls under separate commercial terms.
