Acceptable use
Use NexFade for legitimate confidential work.
The product is built for secure business sharing, not malware delivery, fraud, spam, or unlawful distribution. Protecting that boundary is part of the service promise.
Abuse response
Warnings when appropriate, fast action when necessary.
Ordinary misuse may receive a warning first. Clear abuse, malicious activity, or obvious attempts to compromise the platform can lead to immediate suspension.
Billing and cancellation
Commercial terms are meant to stay understandable.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Case-by-case refunds may be offered, and cancellations remain active through the end of the current billing period unless NexFade communicates otherwise.
Support and incidents
Direct communication is the default posture.
Customer and reviewer requests sent to support@nexfade.com target a response within one business day. Security communication is handled through security@nexfade.com, and abuse reports can be sent to abuse@nexfade.com.
