Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Many customers start with Free or Pro, then move to Team or Enterprise when secure sharing becomes a larger part of the business.
What happens to files after expiry?
Expired links stop giving the recipient access. The workspace still keeps lifecycle records and encrypted object references needed to operate the platform responsibly.
Are files scanned or reviewed by default?
NexFade is designed to keep readable payloads out of the normal service path. Team workflows can still include reviewable release controls and human-operated approval where needed.
What if the recipient loses the link?
The sender can generate a new secure link. If the secret fragment after # is lost, the service is intentionally not designed to recover readable contents from that fragment for the recipient.
What do Team seat packs add?
$45/month per 10-seat pack. Each pack adds 10 seats, 500 more secure links per month, 25 GB of encrypted storage, and 100 additional active links.

How do billing changes take effect?
